We are deeply saddened to share that our Founding President, Guy Watkins, passed away on Tuesday, 17 February, following a short illness.

Guy served with distinction for 33 years in the British Army and notably spent 10 years as Chief Executive of the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club. Upon returning to London, he played an instrumental role in the recreation of the Carbine Club in London, where his leadership and vision have left a lasting legacy.
